SECTION 4: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The deadline will expire 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.

In case of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including initial delivery costs (except for supplements for express delivery), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 calendar days from your communication. We will use the same payment method.

You must return the goods without undue delay and at the latest within 14 calendar days from the communication. The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by you, unless we agree to bear them.

Exceptions: This does not apply to personalized products, unsealed hygienic products, etc., as per law.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the one in effect at the time of placing the order and will be confirmed by email. Published prices include applicable VAT but do not include shipping, handling, customs, or import costs, unless expressly stated.
