Where do we ship?

We currently ship to:

• Spain (Peninsular + Balearic Islands)
• Portugal
• EU-1 Central: France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, Czechia, and Luxembourg.
• EU-2 North: Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, and Finland.
  

For now, we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the United Kingdom, or outside the European Union. If we expand our destinations in the future, we will indicate it right here.

We process your order on the same day or the next business day after receiving payment confirmation (Monday to Friday).

If we are operating with reduced hours or during a holiday period, we will announce it on the website.

Delivery and approximate timelines

Before finishing your order, you will see the available shipping options. Currently, shipments are made through various companies such as SEUR, Correos, UPS, Zeleris, depending on the destination. Before making payment, the available shipping options will be shown, and you will see the cost and the estimated delivery time.

Estimated timelines from when the order leaves our warehouse:

• Peninsular Spain → 1-3 business days
• Balearic Islands → 2-4 business days
• Portugal → 2-4 business days
• EU-1 Central → 1-4 business days
  
• EU-2 North → 4-6 business days

These are approximate timelines. Factors such as weather, high-demand periods, or transport incidents may cause slight variations.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically in the cart and on the checkout page, based on weight and destination country. You will see the exact amount before confirming your order.

Free shipping

Shipping is completely free for these zones with the following minimum purchase amounts:

• Peninsular Spain → €29
• Balearic Islands → €39
• Portugal → €35
• EU-1 Central → €49
  
• EU-2 North → €59

When your order reaches the corresponding minimum amount, free shipping is applied automatically.

Tracking

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can know where it is at all times.

Incidents

If your order arrives with any visible damage, write to us as soon as possible with photographs and we will help you resolve it.

If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or not being picked up, the shipping costs for reshipment will be borne by the customer.

Updates

We may update this policy when necessary. The version in effect at the time of purchase will be the one that applies.
