Where do we ship?

We currently ship to:

• Spain (Peninsular + Balearic Islands)
• Portugal
• EU-1 Central: France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, and Luxembourg.
• EU-2 Extended: Ireland, Greece, Malta, and Croatia.
• EU-3 North: Denmark, Sweden, and Finland.

For now, we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the United Kingdom, or outside the European Union. If we expand our destinations in the future, we will indicate it here.

We prepare your order on the same day or the next business day after receiving payment confirmation (Monday to Friday).

If at any time we operate with reduced hours or during a holiday period, we will announce it on the website.

Delivery and approximate times

Before completing your order, you will see the available shipping options. Currently, shipments are made through various companies such as SEUR, Correos, UPS, Zeleris, depending on the destination. Before making the payment, the available shipping options will be displayed, and you will see the cost and estimated delivery time.

Estimated times from when the order leaves our warehouse:

• Peninsular Spain → 1-3 business days
• Balearic Islands → 2-4 business days
• Portugal → 2-4 business days
• EU-1 Central → 1-4 business days
• EU-2 Extended → 3-5 business days
• EU-3 North → 4-6 business days

These are approximate times. Factors such as weather, periods of high demand, or transport incidents may cause small variations.

Shipping is completely free for these zones and minimum purchase amounts:

• Barcelona city → €19
• Peninsular Spain → €29
• Balearic Islands → €39

• EU-3 North → €69

When your order reaches the corresponding minimum amount, free shipping is automatically applied.

Tracking

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can know its location at all times.

Incidents

If your order arrives with any visible damage, please write to us as soon as possible with photographs, and we will help you resolve it.

If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or not collected, re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
