🌍 Where do we ship?

We currently ship to:

• Spain (Peninsular + Balearic Islands)
• Portugal
• EU – Zone 1: France, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Netherlands and Luxembourg.
• Ireland (Republic)
• EU – Zone 2: Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Poland, Malta, Austria, Czech Republic, Croatia and Greece.

We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the United Kingdom, or outside the European Union. If we expand our shipping destinations in the future, we will announce it here.

📦 Order preparation

We prepare your order the same day or the next business day after receiving payment confirmation (Monday to Friday).

If at any time we work reduced hours or during holiday periods, we will announce it on the website.

🚚 Delivery and approximate times

Before finalizing your order, you will see the available shipping options. Currently, shipments are handled by various companies such as SEUR, Correos, UPS, and Zeleris, depending on the destination . Before making your payment, the available shipping options will be displayed, along with the cost and estimated delivery time.

Estimated delivery times from when the order leaves our warehouse:

• Mainland Spain → 24–48 working hours
• Balearic Islands → 2–3 working days
• Portugal → 2–3 working days
• EU Zone 1 → 2–5 working days
• Ireland → 2–6 working days
• EU Zone 2 → 2–7 working days

These are approximate delivery times. Factors such as weather, peak demand periods, or transportation disruptions may cause slight variations.

When your order reaches the corresponding minimum amount, free shipping is automatically applied.

🔎 Tracking

When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can know where it is at all times.

⚠️ Incidents

If your order arrives with any visible damage, please write to us as soon as possible with photographs and we will help you resolve it.

If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or is not collected, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
