🗓️ Deadline to request a refund
1. 14-day right of withdrawal (EU)

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order , without needing to provide a reason.

For the return to be accepted:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Unused.
  • With labels.
  • In its original packaging.
  • With the purchase receipt.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us by email or WhatsApp (see contact details at the end of this document).

2. Extended return (up to 30 days)

In addition to the statutory right of 14 days, we offer an extended period of 30 days from receipt of the order , provided that the product is:

  • Unopened.
  • Unused.
  • In its original packaging, completely intact.

Once the 14 legal days have passed, returns will only be accepted if the product is completely sealed and unopened.

To initiate a return, please contact us via email or WhatsApp.

If the return is accepted, we will send you the instructions and the shipping address. Items will not be accepted for return without prior request.


💸 Return shipping costs

Except in the case of a defective or damaged product, or an error on our part, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer .

In case of a defective product or an error in the order, we will assume the costs of collection or replacement shipping, as appropriate.


💔 Damage or errors in the order

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong one, take photos of the issue and contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve it.


🤷🏻 Products not eligible for return

Due to legal requirements under European Directive 2011/83/EU, some products cannot be returned once delivered. This includes:

  • Personal care or cosmetic products that have been unsealed after delivery (soaps, creams, makeup, etc.).
  • Perishable products such as food, flowers or plants.
  • Customized or made-to-measure products (special orders, engraved items).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
  • Gift cards or items on sale (if indicated).

If you have any questions about a specific product, please contact us before returning it.


🔙 Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.

If approved, the payment will be automatically processed to the same payment method within a maximum of 10 business days . Please note that it may take a few additional days for the bank to reflect the amount.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
