Timeframe for requesting a return


1. 14-day right of withdrawal (EU)

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, without needing to provide any justification.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us by email or WhatsApp (see contact details at the end of this document).

2. Extended return period (up to 30 days)

In addition to the legal 14-day right, we offer an extended period of 30 days from receipt of the order, provided that the product is:

  • Unopened.
  • Unused.
  • In its original, completely intact packaging.

After the legal 14 days have passed, returns will only be accepted if the product is completely sealed and unopened.

Return Conditions

For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are only accepted for products that have not been opened, used, or tampered with, and that retain their original intact seal.

Returns of opened products will not be accepted, even if it is to check scent, texture, or function.

Requesting a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us by email or WhatsApp.

If the return is accepted, we will send you the instructions and shipping address. Items returned without prior return request will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for properly packaging the product for return. In case of damage during transit, the return may not be accepted.

Return Costs

Except in cases of defective, damaged, or erroneous products on our part, the shipping costs for the return will be borne by the customer.

In the event of a defective product or an error in the order, we will cover the collection or replacement shipping costs, as applicable.

Damages or Errors in the Order

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received an incorrect item, please take photos of the issue and contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve it.

Products ineligible for return

Due to legal obligations under European Directive 2011/83/EU, some products cannot be returned once delivered. This includes:

  • Personal care or cosmetics products that have been unsealed after delivery (soaps, creams, makeup, etc.).
  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants.
  • Personalized or custom-made products (special orders, engraved items).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Gift cards or sale items (if so indicated).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.

If approved, it will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within a maximum of 7 business days. Please note that it may take a few additional days for your bank to reflect the amount.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
