This is how we use it
Modo de empleo
  1. Clean the scraper with soap and water before using it.
  2. Stick your tongue out in front of the mirror.
    Hold the scraper by the ends and gently scrape from the bottom to the tip, 6-12 times, without pressing hard, just enough to remove the whitish layer.
  3. Start in the center and then move to the sides. Rinse the scraper with water after each pass.
  • Use it in the morning, after you get up, to eliminate toxins accumulated overnight.
  • Combine it with oil pulling or brushing for a complete Ayurvedic oral routine.
