Instructions for use

  1. Apply toothpaste to the bristles (a pea-sized amount is enough).
  2. Brush your teeth with gentle, circular motions for 2 minutes, twice a day.
  • Rinse the brush thoroughly after each use to remove residue and prevent the buildup of bacteria and fungi.

  • Leave the brush upright to dry quickly – prevents mold and makes it last longer (up to 3-4 months like a normal one).
  • Change it every 3 months or when the bristles part – a sign that it has done its job.
  • At the end of its life, separate the bristles (easy with pliers) and recycle: the handle goes to compost or organic waste (biodegradable bamboo), and the bristles go to the specific nylon recycling.
