Soften, cleanse, and renew your skin with the power of pumice stone. This ancient exfoliant has been used since ancient civilizations such as Egypt, Greece, and Rome to care for and soften the skin.

Pumice stones are a porous volcanic mineral with a light, rough texture. They are ideal for removing calluses, corns, and dead skin cells, especially in areas prone to dryness, such as the feet, heels, elbows, or hands. Do not use on delicate skin areas such as the face.

Its rough texture acts as an effective exfoliant, helping to smooth the skin and improve its appearance. When gently rubbed on damp skin, it removes impurities and layers of dead skin, promoting natural regeneration. Used regularly, it leaves the skin smoother, healthier and free of roughness, with a pleasant feeling of freshness and well-being.

For best results, it is recommended to use it after bathing or showering, when the skin is softer, and to apply a moisturizing cream or oil after use to keep the skin nourished and soft.

Durable, reusable and plastic-free, pumice stone is a sustainable and environmentally friendly option for your skin care.

Instrucciones
Cómo se usa
  1. PreparationWash the area you're going to treat with warm water and soap. If it's on your feet, ideally soak them in warm water with a little soap or salt for about 10-15 minutes. This softens the skin and makes the process easier.
  2. Moisten the stoneAlso wet the pumice stone before using it. Using it dry can irritate or damage the skin.
  3. Rub gentlyRub the stone over your skin in circular motions or in one direction only, without pressing too hard. Do it gradually: you'll notice how your skin becomes smoother. Don't continue if the area becomes red or painful.
  4. Rinse and repeatRinse the area to remove dead skin. You can repeat briefly if there are still calluses, but don't overdo it.
  5. HydrationDry your skin and apply a moisturizer or natural oil. This helps keep your skin soft and prevents it from drying out.
Consejos y trucos

Precautions:

  • Do not use it on broken, inflamed, or wounded skin.
  • Do not use it on your face or sensitive areas.
  • Do not share it with other people (for hygiene).

Do not overuse it (1-2 times per week is enough).

Cleaning and care of the stone:

  • Rinse it well after each use to remove any skin residue.
  • You can wash it with a little antibacterial soap and let it air dry.
  • If you notice it accumulating residue or a bad smell, boil it for a few minutes or replace it (every few months is ideal).
Precauciones de uso

Do not use on broken, inflamed, or wounded skin, or on sensitive areas (face, neck, chest). Do not rub vigorously or daily – use only 1-2 times per week at most to avoid irritation. Do not share for hygiene reasons. If you experience redness or pain, stop and seek medical advice. Always wet both the skin and the stone before use – (dry skin can cause irritation).

PUMICE STONE: AN ANCIENT EXFOLIANT
  • Formed by rapidly cooled lava with gas bubbles – that's why it's so light it almost floats and porous like a sponge. Ancient Egyptians, Greeks, and Romans already used it for beauty rituals and to remove calluses!
  • Top Story: Cleopatra and Roman women rubbed it on their feet and hands for flawless skin – an ancient secret still used in natural pedicures.
  • Eco-friendly and lasts an eternity: reusable for years, biodegradable if natural, zero plastics or chemicals, better than synthetic exfoliants that pollute.
  • Extra tip: if it gets smooth with use, boil it or rub it with another one to restore roughness, and always air dry to prevent bacteria.
  • Multi-purpose: in addition to calluses, some use it to remove lint balls or clean tough stains (but at CUIDA-T, we keep it for skin).
