Ingredients

Cold-pressed

Virgin vegetable oils obtained by first cold pressing retain all their essential fatty acids, vitamins, and antioxidants, as well as their natural aroma, color, and texture. Most of the oils you'll find at CUIDA-T come from certified organic crops.

First cold pressing is a mechanical method that does not use heat or chemical solvents. Thanks to this, the oils maintain all their properties and function as active ingredients by themselves, providing nutrition, protection, and softness to the skin and hair without the need for additional processing.

How to use them daily

Vegetable oils are versatile and easy to incorporate into any routine. The important thing is to know how and when to apply them.

On the face, a few drops on clean skin are enough. They can be used alone or as the last step of the routine, sealing in hydration. The most active ones, like rosehip, work best at night as an intensive treatment.

On hair, they are applied dry to mid-lengths and ends to provide softness and control, or as a mask before washing, leaving them on for a few minutes. Also on damp hair to facilitate styling and protect the hair fiber.

On the body, they work especially well on slightly damp skin after showering: they spread better and help keep the skin soft and flexible, especially in drier areas.

After shaving, a few drops on clean skin help soothe and comfort without the need for specific products.

Tip with creams and lotions: vegetable oils can be mixed directly with your usual cream to customize the texture and effect. A few drops of jojoba, sweet almond, or macadamia add nourishment without a heavy feeling, and allow you to adjust the formula according to the season or skin condition.

As a general rule, it is advisable to start with a small amount. Oils are concentrated, and a few drops are usually enough.

Each oil has unique properties. You can discover them in detail on each individual product sheet.
